Construction Schedule

Completion of Phase I is due for completion early 2009 along with completion of Marina, Beach Club and golf course.

Payment Terms

25% on signing of preliminary contracts
25% on main build of construction (approx 3 months)
25% on watertight completion (approx 6 months)
25% on completion (snagging completed)

Buying options: Phase I

2 and 3 bed apartments (condominiums) which consist of ground floor, middle floor and the penthouses and range in size from 80 m2 - 120 m2.

Villas and plots, plots can be bought in sizes of 600 m2, 1000 m2 and 2000 m2 and dependant on the size of the plot you have a choice of 6 types of villas:

Tulum = 2 bed 3 bath
Xel-Ha = 3 bed 3.5 bath
Uxmal = 2-3 bed and 3 bath
Kabah = 3-4 bed 4 bath
Chichen = 3-4 bed 4 bath
Lol-Ha = 4-5 bed 6 bath

Plot prices and build prices increase throughout the year, please ask for a free investment pack for details. The majority of the facilities will be complete by the end of Phase 1 INCLUDING the Golf course so the resort will be active however you DO have the option to buy the plot and sit on it until you wish to build at a later date.
